Growing, close-knit team where your contributions are essential to the company's success 401(k) program 100% employer-paid health insurance, excluding vision and dental Federal holidays observed 15 days of PTO, prorated What You’ll Do: Oversee the day-to-day operations of 8–10 assigned community associations, including common-area maintenance, inspections, community standards, and resident quality-of-life initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, Board members, and vendors, responding to concerns and resolving issues efficiently. Enforce community rules, regulations, and policies while maintaining a positive and harmonious community environment. Oversee association finances, assessments, budgets, and expenses while maintaining spending within approved budgets. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for community Boards. Support Board governance by preparing meeting agendas, attending Board meetings, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and providing information and recommendations to support decision-making. Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready financial records, resident files, meeting documentation, and other association records. Ensure association records and operations remain compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Monitor key performance indicators related to operations, resident satisfaction, financial performance, vendor service, and Board satisfaction. Stay current on industry trends and best practices while pursuing ongoing professional development and certifications What We’re Looking For: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. 3–5 years of real estate experience and/or 1–3 years of property management experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, Board members, vendors, and other stakeholders. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple communities, priorities, deadlines, and relationships effectively. Professional and service-oriented approach when addressing resident and Board concerns. Comfortable attending evening community Board meetings as required.
