Job Description

Certified Welder Needed – Join Our Dynamic Team and Make an Impact!

Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and quality? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in this exciting role where your craftsmanship directly contributes to high-quality production. As a vital part of our operations, you'll perform MIG (GMAW) or TIG welding on sub-assemblies and finished products, ensuring every weld meets strict standards for strength and durability. This is your chance to work in a hands-on environment that values expertise, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Ability to interpret work instructions and read prints
Prior welding experience supporting production environments
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with air arc gouging on steel
Welding to print specifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Related welding experience in a production setting

Other Requirements:

Ability to follow all safety, PPE, and quality system requirements
Willingness to participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
Ability to operate shop equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes as needed

Salary Range: $24 - $38 per hour, depending on experience
