Registered Nurse

Title: Registered Nurse Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Specialties Available: Operating Room - OR PreOp/PACU Location: Carmel, IN Schedule: Full-time, 4‑10 hour or 5‑8 hour shifts available Pay: Pay starting at $45/hr, plus full benefits package Responsibilities: The Pre‑op/PACU RN provides comprehensive perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical experience, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, preparing patients for surgery, assisting with operating room procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile environment, monitoring patients during recovery from anesthesia, managing pain and post‑operative symptoms, and providing education to patients and families. The RN collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.
