• Starting Salary:?$27.69 - $30.77/hour ($55,795.35-$62,001.55 annually ).??
• Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.??
• Bonuses:?$1,500 sign-on for active Adjuster licensed candidates.?

• Customer Interaction: ?Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and?assist?in the process of getting?our customers back on the road.?

• What ?We re ?Looking For: ?
• Experience: ?Customer-facing Claims experience preferred.??
• License: ? Active Adjusters license preferred.?
• Education: ?High School Diploma or GED?required; College degree preferred.??
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.?
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.??
• Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.?
• Available?to?work evenings, weekends, and holidays.??
