Licenses:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license REQUIRED ✅
• Life & Health license preferred ⭐

Experience:

• State Farm Insurance Agency experience REQUIRED ✅

About the Role:
We’re hiring a State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a generalist . You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations— not “one-and-done” wor k.

What You’ll Do:

1) Help Current Policyholders

• Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
• Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
• Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
• Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
• Pivot to additional products when appropriate

2) Help New Prospects

Handle new leads from:

• referrals
• call-ins / walk-ins
• social media
• internet leads
• StateFarm.com leads
• and other sources
