Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Additional training in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or business administration is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or distribution experience required Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software preferred Experience processing shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and inventory adjustments Experience supporting warehouse operations and inventory accuracy initiatives Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience generating inventory, productivity, and operational reports Strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate across departments Continuous improvement and process optimization experience is a plus Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods Job Duties Lead and support daily warehouse office and inventory control operations Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy within warehouse management systems Process inbound and outbound shipments, transfers, receipts, and inventory adjustments Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve system-related issues Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, team leads, and customer service representatives to ensure accurate order fulfillment Generate and distribute reports related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and productivity metrics Train and support team members on warehouse systems, processes, and procedures Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards Prioritize workload, assign tasks, and support daily operational goals Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development About Us At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
