HR Assistant ManagerSeattle, Washington, United StatesWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Assistant Manager to support our growing team in Seattle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values being on the ground with employees, and enjoys managing the day-to-day HR operations that keep a business running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in building a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance, consistency, and care in every HR function.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the local point of contact for HR-related inquiries, employee relations, and workplace issuesSupport recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboardingAssist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining HRIS recordsCoordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review processesEnsure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed and updated per local and federal labor lawsHandle day-to-day administrative tasks including document management and compliance reportingPartner with leadership to support organizational goals, culture initiatives, and team developmentQualifications:3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or assistant manager capacityStrong knowledge of Washington state labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsHands-on experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office/Google WorkspaceAbility to work on-site in Seattle and collaborate closely with on-site staffBilingual in Korean is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to grow into an HR Manager roleSupportive team culture with an emphasis on inclusion and collaborationA chance to make a direct impact on employees and company culture
