Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Technician Liaison to join our Neurology Department in Woburn, MA. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Technician who wants to use their medical knowledge, client communication skills, and specialty medicine experience in a collaborative care coordination role. As a Veterinary Technician Liaison, you'll remain closely connected to patient care while supporting communication, education, and organization between our Neurology team and the pet families we serve.

Compensation: $24$28/hour, based on experience and skills

Schedule Two schedule options available:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Four 9-hour shifts, including one weekend shift

Responsibilities As a Veterinary Technician Liaison, you'll be the bridge between our Neurology team and the pet families we serve. Your day-to-day will include:

• Educating pet owners using Ethos-approved and accredited resources
• Guiding clients through their pet's care journey, answering questions with compassion and expertise
• Providing timely updates on hospitalized patients
• Documenting all client communication accurately in medical records
• Supporting the team with treatment plan coordination, prescriptions, and client education

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician (Neurology experience is a plus!)
• AS/BS in Veterinary Technology, Biology, or Animal Science is helpful
• A passion for client communication and education
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
