Inventory clerk Intern

Missions And Responsibilities Receiving of goods from external suppliers; Internal receipts of finished goods / raw materials; Internal shipments between stores; Issuing of raw materials to production (W.I.P); Return of raw materials from production (W.I.P); Return of finished goods from production (W.I.P); Accurate recording of goods in stock movement book and an ERP system; Quarterly stock count / Monthly cycle counts/spot checks; Maintaining of housekeeping standards including filing and documentation (5S). Education Requirements Matric/Grade 12/N3 or relevant experience in Inventory Qualification in Inventory Management or Warehousing (preferable) 1 – 2 years relevant experience Have ability to analyse and interpret data Have a good knowledge of inventory control and record keeping Skills Requirements Ability Demonstrate professional and a confident attitude; Good communications skills; Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge Good numeracy, timekeeping and reliability; Knowledge of ERP system; Ability to work in a team environment; Ability to analyse and interpret data; Good administration skills; Understand process flows; Microsoft Excel and MS Word Experience; Computer literacy.
