Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Overview Tuolumne County Public Works - Facilities division is seeking a supervisor to plan, schedule, assign, and review the work of facilities maintenance; supervise, plan, and coordinate the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of County buildings, facilities and grounds; coordinate, monitor, and provide technical input for assigned facilities maintenance and related projects and programs; provide responsible technical assistance to the Facilities Manager; perform a variety of technical tasks relative to the assigned functional area; and perform related work as required. Requirements Position requires HS Diploma or GED and five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in performing construction and/or facilities maintenance work, including one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience. Licenses and Certifications Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Driver’s License by time of appointment and a satisfactory driving record. Possession of, or ability to obtain, Refrigeration Recovery Certificate issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Refrigeration Recovery Certification and Underground Storage Tank Operator Certificate issued by the State of California within the first six (6) months of employment.
