Founding CS Leader, Voice AI SaaS

Loop Voice in Los Angeles is seeking a founding Head of Customer Success to build and lead the early CS function for a Voice AI SaaS serving mid-market ecommerce brands. This is a hands-on role where you will own onboarding, renewals, expansion and playbook creation while shaping the customer journey from pilot to long-term contracts. You will work closely with founders and the marketing team, own attribution discussions with brands, and drive proactive insights that protect revenue.
