Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy services throughout Western Colorado. This position involves assessing patients' functional capabilities, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing hands-on interventions aimed at helping individuals regain their independence in everyday tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' functional abilities to determine their therapy needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient requirements.
- Provide direct therapy interventions to assist patients in daily activities.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
- Recommend adaptive equipment to enhance patient independence.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Proficient documentation abilities to maintain accurate patient records.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care within a community-focused home health environment.
This role involves providing therapy services in patients' homes, requiring flexibility and adaptability to various environments.
