(Houston 77015): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Forklift Mechanic / Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and possess strong mechanical aptitude with experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.

Essential Duties:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and industrial machinery
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Inspect equipment to identify operational issues and ensure safe functionality
Repair and replace faulty components, motors, wiring, hoses, and hydraulic parts
Work with electrical systems ranging from 110V to 660V
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish
Requirements/Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Experience diagnosing and repairing forklifts or industrial equipment preferred
Hydraulic systems experience required
Electrical experience ranging from 110V to 660V required
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work overtime consistently as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in industrial environments xhqgsiq for extended periods
Comfortable working around moving machinery and equipment
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
