Seasonal Warehouse Associate

We are hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate focused on Receiving & Transfers to support increased shipment volume during our busy season. This role is critical in ensuring all incoming inventory is processed accurately and efficiently so it can be made available for sale or customer pickup as quickly as possible.This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy position that requires organization, urgency, and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesReceivingUnload and receive incoming shipments from vendors and carriersVerify shipment contents against packing slips and purchase ordersInspect merchandise for accuracy, damages, and complianceEnter and process received inventory into the system accuratelyLabel and stage products for the sales floor or storageTransfers & Customer OrdersProcess inbound transfers with accuracyReceive and log customer transfer orders with accuracy and urgencyEnsure proper documentation and tagging for all transfersCommunicate with sales team when customer orders are readyAssist with staging and organizing transfer inventory for quick accessWarehouse OrganizationMaintain clean, organized receiving and transfer areasFollow proper storage and inventory control proceduresThis is a Seasonal Position that will end Aug 1st, 2026What We’re Looking ForHigh attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role)Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environmentStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityComfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbsReliable and consistent attendancePrevious warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferredSchedule ExpectationsMust be available during peak delivery days and busy periodsFlexible scheduling based on shipment volumeAdditional hours may be available during high-volume weeksThis is a Seasonal Position that will end Aug 1st, 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
