Role Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent from an accredited program

Licenses and Certifications

• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is advantageous
• Specialty certifications (such as neurological or geriatric) are favorable but not mandatory
