This full-time, paid mentorship program provides hands-on training alongside a top-performing Farmers Insurance Agency Owner. You'll gain real-world experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, agency operations, and leadership while building the skills needed to succeed as a future agency owner.
We provide the training, support, licensing assistance, and coaching. You bring the drive, ambition, and commitment to succeed.

Responsibilities- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead sources
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify client needs
- Develop and present customized insurance solutions
- Build relationships with clients and referral partners
- Create partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, and local business owners
- Maintain strong client retention through exceptional service
- Meet and exceed sales and production goals
- Continuously develop industry and product knowledge
- Property & Casualty License preferred (licensing assistance available)
- Minimum one year of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
