Clinical Sales Specialist, Surgical Pain - Dallas, TX

This position is based in Dallas, TX, covering areas such as Frisco, Plano, Canton, Greenville, Wichita Fallas, and Waxahachie, with most work in the north Dallas area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Join our team and expand our market presence.
• Drive the clinical aspects of the sale through education, physician and staff support during product trials and new account implementations in healthcare settings.
• Assist in the Capital sales process and additional adoptions at existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key facility staff to support sales growth for the Surgical Pain Management Division.
• Present Pain Management products to healthcare workers, assist at trade shows and workshops, and develop expertise in reimbursement and related therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a key member of the field sales team with clinical educational needs and training.
• Provide clinical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Execute successful trials and implementations within healthcare settings.
• Provide classroom style training and support in operating rooms and offices.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in a clinical field (nursing, surgical tech, radiology tech, etc.) OR Associate's degree and four years of experience in a clinical field.
• Technical experience in the medical field with a strong understanding of OR and procedural suites.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices.
• Solid knowledge of PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel frequently and often.
• Ability to work early mornings.
• Ability to lead in the face of ambiguity.
• Persistence to achieve long-term objectives in the face of obstacles.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Preferred:

• 5+ years working in a hospital, surgery center, or medical office setting in a clinical role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Nursing degree preferred.
• Experience working with orthopedic, pain, or anesthesia specialties.

Salary Range: The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits.
