Order Process Specialist --Industrial Trading (35525)

An international trading company in Kennesaw GA area is seeking a Customer Service Specialist responsible for handling customer orders and materials planning.

Responsibilities Include:

• Act as primary contact for customers placing or inquiring about the status of purchase orders
• Confirm contents of purchase orders with customer for accuracy
• Support Sales team in forecasting and assist in annual planning process
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers
• Help oversee inventory control to maintain proper product levels
• Communicate with manufacturing plants for future demands and lead time for production capacity
• Act as contact with third-party logistics providers

Requirements:

• Prefer at least a 2-year Associate’s degree
• 3 years of related experience in manufacturing and distribution customer service role
• Experience with inventory control, materials planning and purchase orders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
