Precision Grinder Machinist
Set up and operate precision surface grinding machines to produce finished components to extremely close tolerances. The successful candidate will have prior surface grind or CNC machining experience and be able to read prints and follow work instructions. Responsibilities include operating surface grinding machines and various other machine tools, interfacing with product and manufacturing engineering, completing special projects, and properly maintaining equipment. Must be able to grind and machine a variety of materials, determine feed rates and operating speeds, use measuring instruments and gauges, and operate handling equipment. Requires high school diploma and 2 or more years equivalent experience in a similar environment. Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly.
