Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, development, organization, and implementation of activities programs under the supervision of the Activity Director

• Create a weekly activity calendar for residents of different functioning levels

• Escort residents on field trips, as needed

• Maintain accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately

• Provide exceptional care and support to residents in a calm and patient manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a geriatric role preferred

• Flexibility and willingness to jump in and help where needed

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for the rights of all to privacy, dignity, and well-being
