Contract Recruiter Impact Workforce Solutions | Canonsburg, PA Pay $20.00 per hour Weekly Pay & Benefits Position Overview Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting at Legrand in Canonsburg, PA. This is an on-site contract position responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer 5 Days of PTO 6 Paid Holidays Up to 50% of health insurance premiums paid by Impact Access to a retirement plan, financial fitness, and employee savings programs Key Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates for manufacturing, skilled trades, and support positions using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Partner closely with hiring managers and supervisors to understand position requirements, team culture, and performance expectations. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, work history, and culture fit. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions. Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding paperwork. Meet established recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratios, and retention benchmarks. Communicate regularly with the Impact Workforce Solutions team to provide pipeline updates and hiring progress reports. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or staffing environment. Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media platforms. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and client stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and prioritize in a high-volume setting. Experience recruiting for skilled trades positions such as welders, assemblers, material handlers or technicians is a plus. Knowledge of employment law and compliant hiring practices. Work Environment & Schedule This is an on-site contract position based at the Legrand facility in Canonsburg, PA. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility as hiring demands require.
