Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Reporting

BMO Financial is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Reporting to lead a high-impact analytics team supporting our Finance & Insurance businesses. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and delivery of insightful reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that guide executive decisions and business performance. You will partner closely with finance, risk, and business leaders to translate needs into actionable analytics, leveraging BI tools and SQL across large financial datasets. You’ll drive data quality, governance, and reporting automation while coaching a team of analysts in an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on learning, growth, and community impact.
