Program Manager

The Honnold Foundation (HF) partners with marginalized communities to expand equitable solar energy access. HF provides grants to organizations advancing solar energy access all over the world. We look for partners whose work reduces environmental impact and increases social and economic equity, and who demonstrate strong ties to the communities they serve. No matter who you are, we believe that energy should be easy to access, affordable, and have a low impact on the natural world. ABOUT THE POSITION The Program Manager will focus on launching and scaling an entirely new programmatic arm of the Honnold Foundation focused on capacity building. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Program Manager will work alongside the HF team to develop the initiative’s curriculum, outcomes, and goals. And, once launched, the Program Manager will manage all aspects of the initiative and ensure its operations are efficient and effective.
