Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

5–8 years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development.

Strong experience with:

• Python for backend/service development.
• React.js, TypeScript, component-driven UI development, frontend state management, and API-driven UI integration.
• RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Software design principles, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading or coordinating small engineering teams or workstreams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience with React.js, modern UI architecture, reusable component design, and frontend state management (Redux/Context APIs).
• Experience building responsive, interactive user interfaces with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks or intelligent application use cases (e.g. model integration, prompt workflows, inference APIs, data pipelines).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps tooling.
• Experience with containerized deployment using Kubernetes or Docker.
• Exposure to observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing, alerting).
• Experience supporting production systems or distributed applications.
• Experience working with global or distributed engineering teams.

Job Description Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using established engineering patterns and best practices.

Build and enhance Python-based backend services, APIs, and React-based user interfaces.

Contribute to development of AI/ML-enabled application components, model integrations, or intelligent workflows.

Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.

Support modern architecture patterns including microservices and API-driven designs.

Develop and support integrations with third-party APIs, SaaS platforms, and AI/ML services.

Contribute to platform stability, resiliency, and customer-facing application improvements.

Support automation of engineering workflows, deployment pipelines, and internal tooling.

Work with cloud services to deploy, operate, and optimize application workloads.

Work closely with Product, Business, and Architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Participate in solution design reviews, sprint planning, estimations, and release activities.

Drive or mentor a small engineering team, providing technical direction and delivery oversight.

Investigate and resolve production defects, performance issues, and customer-reported incidents.
