Job Details This position supports Park in a Truck community engagement and planning efforts by conducting research to identify relevant visual references and imagery for project presentations. The role assists in the development and organization of image boards used to communicate design concepts and project ideas during community meetings. Working collaboratively with the director, the position helps ensure visual materials are clear, informative, and aligned with project goals. The scope of work focuses on visual research, content organization, and preparation of presentation materials that facilitate stakeholder understanding and participation.

Job Description Essential Functions Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. Adobe suite knowledge Conduct research to identify, collect, and evaluate images that support project goals, planning initiatives, and community engagement efforts. Develop and organize visual image boards and presentation materials for community meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentationsCollaborate with project team members to select and arrange images that effectively communicate design concepts, project ideas, and planning recommendations. Maintain and organize image libraries, ensuring visual resources are current, relevant, and accessible. Assist with the preparation, formatting, and distribution of visual materials for meetings and public outreach activities. Support community engagement and planning activities by providing visual content that enhances communication and understanding among stakeholders.

Education: High school Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred AND
