Treatment Coordinator

Overview Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced and energetic Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to support multiple offices throughout the Houston market. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong orthodontic treatment coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, confident in case presentation, and comfortable traveling between offices as needed. Experience in Oral Surgery, Periodontics, and Endodontics is a strong plus. Schedule Mon-Fri, 9-6 Responsibilities Travel between assigned Castle Dental offices within the Houston market Present orthodontic treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients Coordinate scheduling for orthodontic consultations and procedures Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and patient financial responsibility Support case acceptance through patient education and excellent communication Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, and office teams to ensure seamless patient experiences Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Assist in supporting specialty production goals and patient retention Qualifications At least one year of related experience Knowledge of dental terminology Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Compensation $22-$25/hour Benefits Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
