Automotive Billing and Title Clerk

Stuteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Poteau is looking for a highly detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Automotive Billing & Title Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys keeping paperwork organized, and can manage deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring vehicle deals are billed correctly, title work is processed on time, and dealership records stay accurate and up to date. This role is best suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling paperwork with accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Previous automotive dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong administrative, accounting, or office support experience. Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Supplemental Insurance (Low premiums and low deductibles) 401(k) Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Paid Training Employee Discounts on Parts and Services Employee Discounts on New and Used Vehicles What You'll Do Review and process new and used vehicle deals accurately Post vehicle sales and purchases in Reynolds & Reynolds Prepare and submit title, registration, tax, and lien paperwork Verify payoffs, lienholder information, and funding before processing title applications Track outstanding title work, missing titles, and problem deals Bill dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin Prepare payoff checks for trade-ins and vehicle purchases Maintain logs and reports related to title work, warranties, and service contracts Assist with backup cashier/reception duties as needed Keep work organized, accurate, and completed on schedule What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Dependable with strong follow-through Comfortable working with paperwork, deadlines, and dealership processes Good computer, clerical, and administrative skills Professional communication and a team-oriented attitude Experience in title work, billing, dealership office operations, accounting support, or similar administrative work preferred Qualifications 1+ year of related experience preferred in title work, billing, accounting, office administration, or a similar role Automotive dealership experience is a plus , but not required for the right candidate Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Why Join Stuteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Poteau?
