Description Store Manager – Self-Storage Facility All American Storage, a trusted leader with over 40 years of experience in owning and managing commercial, industrial, and self-storage properties across Indiana, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our self-storage facility in Bloomington, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a well-established company known for its commitment to quality service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the facility Analyze reports related to occupancy levels, payments, and maintenance schedules to optimize performance Conduct daily surveys of the property to identify signs of damage or tenant misconduct Provide exceptional customer service to tenants both in person and via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage opening and closing procedures, including bank deposits, cash handling, and petty cash records Drive sales growth through effective unit rentals and promoting property protection services Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the property remains in excellent condition Enforce property policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in property management, preferably within the self-storage industry Strong organizational and analytical skills to interpret reports and manage daily operations Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to handle cash management and financial transactions accurately Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management are a plus At All American Storage, we foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where employees are valued and encouraged to develop their skills.
