Role Description
- Ensure that all operations are compliant with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, CMS, and payer policies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
- Identify and implement process and workflow improvements and best practices to optimize the revenue cycle management.
- Facilitate onboarding, training and provides feedback to associates.
- Resolve any issues or escalations related to the revenue cycle management processes.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of the revenue cycle management goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on the revenue cycle management performance and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.

Compensation
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $53,606.00 - $79,233.51 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
