Job Description Job Description Concrete Construction Company looking for Class C Driver to pick up materials and equipment to deliver to job sites.Trailer towingexperience helpful but will train. Locations in Phoenixville & Morgantown, PA Responsibilities Able to operate Class C Trucks and Trailers. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload materials & equipment using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure loads. Maintain accurate records of driving hours,and materials transported. Adhere to all local traffic laws and company policies while driving. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site supervisors regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. Assist in minor maintenance tasks on the truck as needed, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure. Assist in maintaining Yard/Shop organization. Requirements ValidDriver’s License (CDL Class C) with a clean driving record. Experience driving Class C trucks or similar vehicles (2+ years a plus) Ability to load and unload materials, hook up trailers and other tow behindequipment as required. Must be willing to assist in keeping yard/shop area organized. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: Health insurance 401K Paid time off Safety equipment provided Work Location: On the road.
