The Role We’re looking for a Print Operator to join our Production team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll operate high-speed digital printing equipment, monitor quality, and help keep customer projects accurate and on schedule. If you enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Set up and operate high-speed laser and inkjet printing equipment Prepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completion Monitor print quality and reprint damaged or defective documents as needed Stage and safely change paper rolls Operate finishing equipment, including folders, bundlers, and stackers Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance Work with internal teams to resolve production issues and meet deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Previous print, copy, or production experience preferred Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow, or roll‑fed equipment is a plus What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and paid holidays Quarterly bonus opportunities Employee Assistance Program Casual work environment Opportunities to learn, cross‑train, and grow #J-18808-Ljbffr InfoSend Inc.
