Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist for a night shift inpatient position covering multiple hospital units and requiring 3+ years of specialty experience.

Details

• Inpatient coverage across ED, ICU, PCU, pre-op, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Level 2 nursery, and pediatrics
• Treats patients of all ages
• Night shift, 1800-0630
• 4 shifts per week at 10 hours per shift
• Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
• No on-call requirement
• Floating within scope to similar units

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in respiratory therapy specialty
• Active IL RT license required if applicable
• AHA certifications required per position specifications
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years)

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory care services across a wide range of inpatient units and patient populations
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility with no exceptions to the radius rule
• Local candidates will not be considered
