As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS), you'll help schools activate and expand their use of IE solutionsincluding Marzano Evaluation Center (MEC) productswhile uncovering new opportunities for engagement and revenue growth. Own the customer relationship: Build and manage long-term partnerships with school and district leaders, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement. Contribute to sales & revenue goals: Actively support business development by identifying new accounts and growing existing relationshipsmeasured through booked opportunities, expansions, and renewals. What you'll be doing: Sales & business development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to move leads through the funnel Prospect for new customers whose needs align to our products and services Use performance data and insights to suggest value-add products and services Influence retention and renewal conversations through proactive support and planning Drive engagement & expansion: Support successful adoption of IE and MEC solutions Identify and execute on expansion opportunities to increase customer lifetime value Lead strategic relationships: Build trust with school and district leaders Act as a consultative partnerlistening, diagnosing, and recommending new solutions Problem solving & internal advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer internally Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing product improvement Why you'll love working with IE: Impact meets innovation: Help shape the future of teaching, leadership, and learningwhile supporting strategic growth.
