Senior Reliability Engineer

Arconic is currently in search of a Reliability Engineer to join our Manufacturing Technology Engineering team in reliability excellence systems across multiple Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants. This position will be based out of Davenport, IA (preferred), Alcoa, TN or Lancaster, PA manufacturing location. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Key Objectives and Responsibilities: Develop standards, coach implementation of Equipment Reliability system components such as Defect Elimination, Criticality Analysis, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, CMMSCondition-based Monitoring and Reliability Centered Maintenance Drive the culture and ownership of Reliability across the enterprise Identify and report to the Business Units the opportunities for improvement in OEE and productivityLeverage other resources within Manufacturing Technology and Engineering team as well as other resources such as IT and Finance to drive effective and sustainable change in Equipment ReliabilityMajor Customers include Business Unit, Operation and Maintenance Managers in Rolled Products and ExtrusionsThis role may require 25% or more travelFull timePosting Date: 2026-08-31
