TMK2 PM Engineering Aide-Entry Level/Hourly

Position Overview The Engineering Aide will serve as the central liaison for the Test Missile Kit (TMK) program management team. This role coordinates technical interchange meetings, runs document review boards, assembles and maintains presentation packages for technical and programmatic reviews, leads action‑tracking, tracks OBS staffing and partners with the Product Line Leads (PLLs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to continuously improve process and procedures. Key Responsibilities Schedule, organize and facilitate technical interchange and document review meetings; manage agendas, logistics, security clearance handling, and virtual meeting platforms. Create slide decks, graphics and supporting data for design and document reviews, enforcing templates and story‑boarding standards for consistency. Lead ad‑hoc meetings, moderate discussions, capture action items, assign owners and monitor closure. Identify gaps, draft or revise procedures, checklists and work instructions; provide brief training or reference guides. Collaborate cross‑functionally with program management, hardware, software, integration and test teams. Maintain meeting minutes, action logs and review artifacts. Prepare concise status briefs, risk assessments and dashboards for Program Management Leadership. Work with PLLs and CAMs to ensure staffing information is accurate and the plan is executed on time. Basic Qualifications Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience and/or technical training; completed coursework toward a related degree may be considered. Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Desired Skills Desire to continually learn, ambition to proactively address challenges, and aspiration to work in a diverse team environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust to a variety of audiences. Good presentation skills; must be able to present clearly and concisely on a weekly basis to management and customers. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Basic understanding of STEM principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate and present technical material and problem‑solve. Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Jira, Confluence). Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance level: Secret.
