Location: Charlotte, NC


Pay rate: $28-30/HR

Position Summary: Anistar is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician to provide assistance with the installation, termination, and testing of various types of voice and data cables as well as Camera and Access Control equipment. MUST be comfortable working from a lift.


Requirements:

• Strong experience troubleshooting, terminating, and testing fiber optic cable
  
  
• Experiencewith the installation of WAPs, Cameras, and Access Control Devices
  
  
• Ability to diagnose and resolve service-related issues independently in the field
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally (covering a 4-6 hour radius, staying out of town 2-3 weeks

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CCTV systems
  
  
• Knowledge of access control systems
  
  
• Familiarity with paging systems
  
  
• Experience with A/V systems or other low-voltage technologies
