This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• CPM $0.700 - $0.740 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $20.00 Per Hour

• Drop/Hook Pay $20.00 Per Drop

• Holiday Pay $375.00 Per Day

• New Hire Training $275.00 Per Day

• Off-Account Work $200.00 - $325.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $40.00 Per Stop

• Top 10% of Earners $95,000.00 Per Year
