The facility requires candidates to have an active and clear registered nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The role involves working day shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 30% of shifts occurring from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., including occasional weekend work. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. Job Details: Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut Shift Hours: 8 hours per shift Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours Start Date: 08/10/2026 Float Required: No Required Qualifications: Active/clear RN license, BLS certification, previous travel experience preferred, experience in general surgery, robotics (DaVinci & Mako Orthopedic), urology, ear, nose, throat (ENT), neuro (including cervical fusion and lumbar laminectomy), plastics (including abdominoplasty and breast augmentation), gynecology, and orthopedics (including total knee replacements and anterior/posterior approach hips). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic medical records, Surgicount, and TECSYS. Schedule: Shift time of 8 hours per day, working from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 30% of shifts from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and a work schedule including 6 weekdays and 6 weekends of calls over a 6-week period.
