Bilingual Portuguese Call Center Representative

Job Description We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Call Center Representative to join our growing team! This role begins on-site in Auburn, MA for training and transitions to a remote (work-from-home) position once training is successfully completed. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to start a long-term career in customer service. Schedule Training: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site) Regular Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Overtime: Occasionally available (voluntary) Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls in Portuguese and English Assist with account updates and customer inquiries Process applications and customer documentation Maintain high standards for performance and attendance Qualifications Fluent in Portuguese and English (required) Strong phone and communication skills Good attention to detail and reliability Basic computer and data entry skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Must be able to commute to Auburn, MA for training Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Location Requirement Must be able to commute to Auburn, MA 01501 for training Remote work available after training completion #J-18808-Ljbffr
