About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2003 and currently work alongside two team members. State Farm has truly been a family business for us, and that long-standing connection to the company has shaped how I run my agency today-with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and doing right by both customers and the team.
I'm a graduate of Bradley University and outside the office you'll usually find me hunting, fishing, or golfing. That same balance carries into our workplace-we work hard, but we also enjoy ourselves and don't take things too seriously all the time.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
