Bilingual Construction Operations Manager (Spanish / English) Gorilla Contracting is a rapidly growing construction and renovation company serving multifamily, commercial, and property management clients throughout the region. We are seeking a highly driven Bilingual Construction Operations Manager to take ownership of field operations, improve production performance, and lead multiple crews and projects to successful completion. Position Overview This is not a traditional superintendent role. We are looking for a strong field operations leader who can oversee manpower, production, scheduling, quality control, and communication across multiple active projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, production-focused, and capable of leading crews, foremen, and subcontractors while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.
