Ophthalmic Phone Triage Specialist

Eye Consultants of Atlanta is seeking a Triage Technician in our Clinical department. The position involves handling high-volume patient calls about eye health, gathering symptoms and medical history, and performing telephone triage using ophthalmic protocols to determine urgency.
