Performance Expectations for the Senior Tax Manager:
- Oversee and train a team of highly motivated staff accountants/tax accountants
- Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
- Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Be a hands-on leader
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
- Masteor EA required
- 10+ Years of Experience in Public Accounting
- Significant Client Facing Responsibility
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Strong Tax Review Experience
- A Book of Business is a Plus!
