Receiving CoordinatorTwin City Staffing is hiring a receiving coordinator for a top warehouse team in Maple Lake, MN! In this role, you will receive incoming product, apply part labels, perform cycle counts, operate material handling equipment, and track inventory. (Based on experience)Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – FridayBenefits of the receiving coordinator:$3,000 hiring bonus potential ($1,000 at hire / $2,000 at 6 months)Health, dental, vision, and life insurance optionsShort-term and long-term disability coverage401(k) retirement savings planOpportunities for growth and career advancementDuties of the receiving coordinator:Receive, inspect, and label all incoming materials with correct part numbers and warehouse location tagsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to move inventory across loading docks and storage baysConduct regular inventory cycle counts and update material records using inventory management softwareLog all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain receiving documentation, and assist with truck loading/unloadingRequirements of the receiving coordinator:Minimum 1+ year of warehouse or receiving experience within a manufacturing environmentHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educationAbility or willingness to operate a forklift (training provided for qualified candidates)Basic computer proficiency for entering inventory data and maintaining documentationBasic math skills for accurate product counting and inventory verificationAdditional information: Apply today!
