Guidewire Business AnalystWork Location (City, State): Lansing, MichiganNo. of Positions: 3Open for remote: YesExperience level (Years): 8+Must have skills: GuidewireJob Description:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Guidewire implementations and enhancements from underwriters, product managers, and policy operations teams.Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project scope and objectives.Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows aligned with Guidewire modules.PolicyCenter Configuration Alignment: Map out policy lifecycle processes like submissions, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.Product & Rating Setup: Assist in configuring the product model (lines of business, coverages, exclusions) and rating engines/rate tables.Integration & Data Mapping: Define data mapping and integration requirements between PolicyCenter and external systems (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or third-party data providers).Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking in collaboration with QA teams.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and user story demonstrations and other Agile ceremonies as required.Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Insurance Suite projects. Solid understanding of P&C insurance concepts, coverages, deductibles, and underwriting workflows.Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and process-mapping software like Visio.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Certification in Guidewire or Business Analysis is a plus.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
