Great American Restaurants is looking for energetic and passionate leaders of kitchen operations who are masterful coaches for leading food excellence and act as a liaison between the staff and management team. Competitive salary $55,000-$65,000 Enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas off Health Insurance Dining Card Responsibilities include: Lead outstanding kitchen operations with a hands‑on approach, supporting the line where needed. Have superior product and recipe knowledge in order to impact food quality. Consistently execute impactful line checks. Accountable for managing the window at an outstanding level.
