What’s Needed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs with school experience may be considered
• Prior experience in a school setting highly valued
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy services to a diverse student caseload (details to be confirmed soon)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and set measurable goals
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Provide consultative support and training to teachers and families to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and decision-making processes
