Position Overview:
As a Cosmetology Teacher, you will deliver comprehensive training that combines theory with hands-on practice to educate and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals. You will foster a supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop technical skills, creativity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct engaging cosmetology lessons aligning with state curriculum standards.
• Demonstrate cosmetology techniques including hair cutting, coloring, styling, skincare, and nail care.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant classroom environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative practices into teaching.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology State Teacher License required.
• Professional experience in cosmetology preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $24.00/hr.
