Overview

Responsibilities
- Create financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Analyze financial results, identify performance trends, and provide insights into factors impacting business outcomes.
- Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Enhance reporting processes and analytical tools to improve efficiency and data visibility.
- Support accounting activities, financial reporting, and control processes.
- Assist with documentation, compliance activities, and periodic reviews.
- Complete additional analytical projects and reporting requests as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience improving processes, analyzing trends, and supporting business initiatives.
- Knowledge of financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
