Registered Nurse For Special Education Classroom

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior experience with children, particularly in a special needs school setting, is preferred but not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to assigned students within a center-based special education classroom

• Provide medical care for students during bus or van rides to and from school as needed
• Monitor, assess, and document student health status, promptly addressing any changes
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding student health and medical needs
